Shipping policy

If your package gets lost, or stolen Yia Accessories is not liable. We encourage all of our customers to purchase (order Insurance) to give you a piece of mind when placing your order. 

You can find the order insurance in our menu under EXTRAS.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit and insurance was not purchased, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS.  
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages that are not insured
